Paralyzed Veterans of America

A congressionally chartered veterans service organization founded in 1946, PVA has developed a unique expertise on a wide variety of issues involving the special needs of our members, veterans of the armed forces who have experienced spinal cord injury or dysfunction.

PVA will use that expertise to be the leading advocate for: quality health care for our members, research and education addressing spinal cord injury and dysfunction, benefits available as a result of our members’ military service, civil rights and opportunities that maximize the independence of our members.

AM 570 Hosts PVA Help-a-Hero Radiothon

Every November from 2015-2017, Justin volunteered at the AM570 PVA radiation.  In 2017, he helped them raise $230,000 for their 10th Annual event and gave $20,000 to the help them reach their goal.  Justin went live on the radio and helped ask listeners for donations as well as helped take pledges over the phone.
