Paralyzed Veterans of America

A congressionally chartered veterans service organization founded in 1946, PVA has developed a unique expertise on a wide variety of issues involving the special needs of our members, veterans of the armed forces who have experienced spinal cord injury or dysfunction.

PVA will use that expertise to be the leading advocate for: quality health care for our members, research and education addressing spinal cord injury and dysfunction, benefits available as a result of our members’ military service, civil rights and opportunities that maximize the independence of our members.

AM 570 Hosts PVA Help-a-Hero Radiothon

Every November, Justin volunteers at the AM570 PVA radiation.  This year he helped raise $230,000 for their 10th Annual event and gave $20,000 to the cause.  Justin goes live on the radio and helps ask listeners for donations as well as helps take pledges over the phone.  A supporter since he became a Dodger in 2014, Justin looks forward to this event every year!
